(Senior) Sales Consultant (w/m/x)

You will be working directly with the CEO/Founder to build a sales pipeline and ensure our customers' happiness every day. You will be the one solving problems and at the same time continuously improving our processes. You don't need a specific degree - but you need hands-on experience with customers and a track record as a firefighter. We need pragmatism, patience, and someone who doesn't accept a "no", but finds a solution.

Responsibilities:

  • You will independently build and manage your own sales pipeline
  • You will sell 5-digit deals to leading B2B companies in the DACH region
  • You will meet your quarterly sales targets
  • Develop action-oriented sales campaigns for our clients and oversee their successful execution
  • Responsible for managing relationships with our customers (software startups, consulting, and technology companies) to make sure they are achieving their desired outcomes
  • Onboard new clients to the platform
  • Hold video calls and workshops with customers on a daily basis
  • Develop high impact email campaigns supporting the full-funnel needs of our customers
  • Anticipate customer needs and adapt strategic plans in order to achieve mutually beneficial long-term objectives and goals
  • Create content for various channels (email, social, blog, etc.)
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Data-, Marketing- and Sales-Teams)
  • Support with Product Development, Implementation of Business Processes and Outbound Sales Campaigns

Skills:

  • Must have: German native speaker or at least C1 niveau
  • Ideally 2 years in a customer-facing role e.g. (Consulting, B2B Sales, Business Development, Agency)
  • Experience in a dynamic start-up, agency or high growth environment (preferably in SaaS or B2B)
  • Good understanding of B2B and account-based sales processes
  • Extremely organized with strong attention to detail
  • Passionate about your work
  • Comfortable and flexible in a fast-changing environment
  • “Quick start” mentality with a high production output
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to prioritize
  • Creative, diplomatic, ability to multitask and handle pressure
  • Experience working with a variety of stakeholders including C-level, entrepreneurs, and executives
  • Ability to speak and write in English fluently and idiomatically
